Technobis High Tech Solutions is looking for a HR Intern

Would you like to learn all ins and outs of the Human Resource profession and are you enthusiastic, eager to learn, accurate and proactive? Then we are looking for you!

As a Human Resources Intern you assist the HR Business Partner in various areas. During your internship you will learn the value of good employment practices and how to propagate this. You will delve into how to create a nice workplace for them. You ensure, among other things, our HR system ODOO, a smooth recruitment process and you participate in some very cool projects!

You will join the HR department of Technobis Holding (TBH). Technobis Holding is the umbrella business unit of Technobis High Tech Solutions (THS), Technobis Crystallization Systems (TCS) and Technobis High Tech Solutions Software Development (THS SD). You will mainly work with the HR Business Partner.

Your tasks

Provide support in the recruitment process and ensure that ‘Employer Branding’ is optimally deployed on various recruitment channels
Onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
Organizing various celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, national holidays, company lunches and staff drinks
Further optimize and keep our Personnel Information System up to date
HR related administrative processes such as drawing up contracts, processing vacation leave, taking care of email correspondence both internally and externally
Support in monitoring working conditions guidelines and performing absenteeism registrations with associated reporting
Answer frequent HR related questions and be point of contact for colleagues and management team
